At her residence, R.R. 1 Lakeside on Wednesday August 11, 1993, Constance 'Connie' (Jeffries) Monteith in her 79th year. Beloved wife of Roy Monteith. Loving mother of Sharon Kemp, Grant & his wife Deidre all of London; Dennis & his wife Linda, Hamilton; Ralph & his wife Anna Mary, London. Loving grandmother of Anita, Vincent, Geoff, Sean, Kevin, Steven, Jason, Nathan, Greg, Ryan & Jenna. Dear sister-in-law of Eddie Monteith, Harrington; Helen Herman, London; Gordon Monteith, Breslau; Mel & Karen Monteith, Jim & Margaret Monteith, Harold & Dorothy MacDonald, Oliverne Fuller all of Thorndale. Predeceased by sisters Betsey & Phyllis, brothers Art, John & Cyril; sister-in-law Elsie Fitzsimmons & brother-in-law Donald Monteith.

The funeral service was held from the L.A. Ball Funeral Chapel (Ball & Sass Funeral Homes Ltd.) Water Street North, St. Marys on Friday, August 13, 1993 at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Jim Fraser officiating. Interment followed in Vining's Cemetery.
